You likely mean Xwindows "server", and there is a port of XFree86 to
both win32 (look for the cygnus project on google - part of RedHat) and
MacOS (look on www.apple.com).

There are many things that could be considered XWindows Clients.  Maybe you 
are looking for a virtual XSession like VNC offers?
