Sorry for my mistake. Should be:
[root@bridge root]# iptables -xvnL FORWARD | head -n 4
Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT 0 packets, 0 bytes)
pkts bytes target prot opt in out source
destination
0 0 get-http tcp -- * eth1 0.0.0.0/0
80.48.168.0/24 tcp spt:80
0 0 put-http tcp -- * eth0 80.48.168.0/24
0.0.0.0/0 tcp dpt:80
pkts and bytes are equal zero, why? In 2.4.19 it's OK, in 2.4.20 not.
