Hello,

We have an application installed on Red Hat Linux 7.3. The application
has many cryptographic librararies.
So we need to display a text message everytime the machine reboots. This
message should be displayed before the login prompt comes.
 
Could you all let me know, which file I need to place the text message
in ?
