With tripwire being dropped from future red hat linux releases (dropped
in the latest red hat beta), What is the best
alternative tool for system integrity check ?

I don't have an answer for you, but with RedHats announcement of accepting
more user input for deciding what is included I would start there. Get
it added back.
And then again who really cares if it is on the Redhat distro disk you
can still get a copy from Tripwire.
