Message-ID: <1099476373.8716.22.camel@Kaushal> (raw)
hello all,
Im new to laptop.I have a TOSHIBA laptop that has win2000 and
Redhat-8.0 Its all fine with win2000 but when I try to shut down the
machine, the screen flickers and will not shutdown.Instead I have to
press the power button. That again results in improper shutdown.I could
somehow figure out that it is indeed displaying the shutdown messages
only on the top row of the screen.Again sometimes the message remains
the same and the screen flickers. The message is difficult to notice.Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Regards-
kaushal
