OK, this is why, why of topic. but here it goes.
In the for non US citzens to work "in" the US, they have to get a work-visa (true in any country).
My question is does that apply for virtual employees?
My guess is YES, of course were dealing laws that
were written for "brick and motar" companies.

Chalk this one up to to much coffee and to little sleep.
