yes it is possible, i do this all the time.
1) make sure you have windows installed _first_
2) you must have free space on the drive (ie. not used by windows)
3) boot from the redhat cd and do the install but be careful when making the
partitions so as not to overwrite windows.
4) when it asks to setup the bootloader, you will see that there are two
boot options now (usually only 'RedHat Linux') so you can either name the
other one windows or it may already have a name.
