Hello,
we have installed a product IPSEC_TUNNEL in redhat
linux-7.3.
we have to create a new boot image(2.4.18-3 custom image)
for
this purpose.
we have two ethernet cards(eth0 and eth1).
if we create a new boot image(custom image)and boot through
this
the kernel doesn't detect both the cards.
but if we boot through default boot image the software can't
be
installed(but ethernet cards are detected).
Surprisingly on the other m/c we didn't face above problems.
we kindly request you to help us out of the problem.
yours faithfully

Hello amol,
good-morning.
The issue is very simple. The new kernel that you have compiled
doesn't have the drivers for the ETHERNET cards you are using compiled
as modules/into the kernel.
Have a look into the same please and let us know.
