Hi,
Please excuse me if I bother you with off-topic.
We have developed a RedHat Linux Workstation which is customized according to the requirements of our company. Now we are planning to deploy . So we are planning to recruit some support personnel for this workstation.
Now please help me with your suggestions. If you were me, what skill set you will be looking at when looking for support persons? What are the minimum technical requirements one will look for in such a case?
