What do you mean fake root? An account called root without being
root or an account with a different name that is indeed root?
Anyway, root is whoever gets its UID to be 0 (zero). Create a user
with UID=0 and s/he can do wharever root can. Create a user called
root with UID <> 0 and s/he will not be root, despite the name.
