Subject: FTP mirroring between two servers
Date: Wed, 1 Oct 2003 11:01:59 -0700 (PDT)	[thread overview]

Hi,

I'd like to set up two FTP servers, one in each of two
different datacenters.

I'd like for UserA to be able to FTP to ServerA,
upload, download, or delete a file from the server,
and at the same time have UserB be able to FTP to
ServerB and do the same, and have those changes be
reflected on ServerA as well.

The difficulty is that there is no "primary" server,
so using rsync to mirror the two systems isn't
possible -- we don't know whether a file has been
deleted or not yet uploaded to the server.

Ideas?

Thanks,
Fred
