Hello:
I estimate that they are using VMware GSX Server (www.vmware.com)
which creates complete virtual computers where you can install any OS
you want on it. For instance I use VMware Workstation and have Linux in
the real computer and have three virtual computers one with WinNT, other
with Win98 and the other with Win2000. I also tested a VM with Linux.
You will need plenty of RAM and hard disk, but it really works great.
