Subject: groupware tool in PHP for PostgreSQL
Date: Tue, 07 Jan 2003 12:21:57 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <3E1AB855.446D95EA@tid.es> (raw)

hi all,

Sorry if this is not the right place to address this question, but I am
wondering if you

I am looking for any tool for setting up a collaborative web based
system for a small group of people. I have looked first for tools in PHP
using PostgreSQL because I know this two tools in the case I would like
to do some changes or fix any bug, but I am open to any other
suggestion.

Mainly we need a system to track a list of tasks and maybe to track the
task related to a project (therefore some kind of project tracking).

I have been looking around during more than one month, and the best
that I have found seems to be phpGroupware, PHProjekt and TuTOS but I am
hoping to get some comments/suggestions from you guys.

I also I would like to know how you guys solve the problem about how to
manage passwords of a bunch of accounts in a safe way of course
(generating new passwords, save/retrieve them, etc).

 Many thanks in advance.

 Miguel
