Hi,
	I use this, and call it rc.myroutes. It's for 2 network cards. 
Running Slackware.

#! /bin/sh
/sbin/route add -net 192.168.0.128 gw 192.168.0.130 netmask 
255.255.255.128
/sbin/route add -net 192.168.0.0 gw 192.168.0.1 netmask 
255.255.255.128
