Just drop the packets to/form the following ports:

- netbios-n
- netbios-dgm
- netbios-ssn
- microsoft-ds
- wins

or aka:
137 tcp
137 udp
138 udp
139 tcp

and if you wanted to get picky, you could block active directory rpc 
calls with 135 tcp
