Is it possible to have username greater then 8 char.
I am running RH 7.1 - 7.3 using nis for auth.
We are going to a one card system using ldap within the next year. Our
mail system lives on a
Penguin RH 7.3 box and file storage is on Dell RH 7.3 box.
The ID we were planning on using is 9 char which comes from our Business
system software.
If you require more info please let me know.
Any thoughts and help would be great.
David.
