Dear All,
I'd like to replace our office internal mail to web mail as the no of
users increasing day-by day and it takes time for client configuration. I
am using RH 7.3 and sendmail.
Where can I get free or commercial web mail that can be integrated with
sendmail.

SquirrelMail (www.squirrelmail.org) is quite powerful. But you may
also consider groupware solutions as www.phpgroupware.org.

I recommend IMP or TWIG
IMP is very simple and got some features
TWIG got a nicer front end but is slower
I tryed both and it work ok

You'll need sendmail, an IMAP server and a Webamil Product.
Personally I use Courier IMAP and Squirrelmail. Works very well for me.

Ah luckily, i'm not alone.... But I experience problems with SM and courier.
When connecting by IMAP, with a mail client, it works like a charm, but when
using SM, it's not like that.... It runs fine a minute, then gets
Slooowwwwwww or hangs, then sometimes gets back to run, etc... I first
installed a RPM, it was awful, then used a src.rpm.... It seems to work
better, but not totally fine. I there special configuration issues when using
SM and Courier ?

I've never done anything special - though I agree about the rpm - the Redhat
one is terrible. I always compile from source with SM.
SM 1.4 fixed a lot of the problems we were having - not performance
related - but bugs when performing functions.
What distro are you running on? What sort of system and how many users?
We have roving 250 users on a Redhat 8 box with 256Mb of RAM and 1Ghz
Processor. Performance is usually pretty good.
Regards
James
