Hi,
The easiest way I can think of to do this is to add a line in
your access file (usually /etc/mail/access) like:
From:user@mydomain.com REJECT
but, depending on how you authenticate users, it can be bypassed quite
easily. If you do try that method, don't forget to rebuild the access
db (makemap hash /etc/mail/access < /etc/mail/access).
