Subject: kernel recompiling

Message-ID: <Law14-F74hRhDoRYcUJ000189ac@hotmail.com> (raw)
Hi everybody,
I have done some linux kernel (2.4.x) recompilations many times (about
4-5), but always there were problems or some sort of defects in it. I also
had to spend lots of time, in figuring out which option highlights or
disables other options.
So, I was hoping if I could find ready-made configuration files on the
net. Also, if I could find configuration information and new
experimentations. Is there any site for that?
Thanks in advance,
Subhash Bhushan.
