Hi all,
It's time for me to move on beyond being a single-distro user and try out
other distributions. I want to have my /home on a separate partition in
order to have my data available to all the installed distributions. The
obvious thing is to have UIDs consistant in all the distros, but are there
more things to consider? Anyone has experience with that? Any hists? I'm
concerned about the dotfiles in my home directory, e.g. won't my .kde
become corrupt if I switch between different versions of KDE?
Thanks in advance,
Krzysztof
