This patch documents global variables exported from vmlinux.lds.
1) Add comments about usage guidelines for global variables exported
   from vmlinux.lds.S.
2) Remove unused __initdata_begin[] and __initdata_end[].

This patch documents global variables exported from vmlinux.lds.
