Both:
./lib/Kconfig.debug:config TRACE_IRQFLAGS
./lib/Kconfig.debug: depends on TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT
_SUPPORT means the arch supports it. TRACE_IRQFLAGS means it's turned on.
