[PATCH] ARM: kprobes-decode: add support for MOVW instruction

I forgot to mention; without this patch the kprobes smoke tests
(CONFIG_KPROBES_SANITY_TEST) fail on ARM. If nobody objects, I'll
submit this to the patch system this week.
