Subject: [PATCH 1/4] dt: device tree bindings for LPDDR2 memories
Date: Thu, 8 Mar 2012 22:03:54 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1331224437-4808-2-git-send-email-aneesh@ti.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1331224437-4808-1-git-send-email-aneesh@ti.com>
device tree bindings for LPDDR2 SDRAM memories compliant
to JESD209-2 standard.
The 'lpddr2' binding in-turn uses another binding 'lpddr2-timings'
for specifying the AC timing parameters of the memory device at
different speed-bins.

Changes since RFC v4:
- Removed two DDR3 only timing parameters that were
inadvertently added in the binding
