[PATCH] ARM: imx: fix build breakage in hotplug.c

Since commit bca7a5a (ARM: cpu hotplug: remove majority of cache
flushing from platforms) hotplug.c fails to compile (e.g. with
imx_v6_v7_defconfig) with:
