Is CONFIG_REGULATOR_VEXPRESS actually required to get QEMU working properly? We definitely don't need CONFIG_REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE because config ARCH_VEXPRESS has "select REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE if REGULATOR". -- Tixy
