Dove has a Power Management Unit with its own interrupt
controller. This is chained on the main interrupt controller. Add a
driver, making use of generic chip where possible.

The RTC on Dove has an interrupt on the PMU interrupt controller.
Add this interrupt to the RTC node. Tested using the
"RTC Driver Test Example"
