According to Documentation/devicetree/bindings/regulator/gpio-regulator.txt: "Optional properties: ... - enable-active-high : Polarity of GPIO is active high (default is low)." ,so the correct way to define an active-low GPIO controlled regulator is to simply not pass 'enable-active-high'.
