[3.13.y.z extended stable] Patch "irqchip: Gic: Support forced affinity setting" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    irqchip: Gic: Support forced affinity setting

to the linux-3.13.y-queue branch of the 3.13.y.z extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.13.11.3.

Subject: irqchip: Gic: Support forced affinity setting

commit ffde1de64012c406dfdda8690918248b472f24e4 upstream.

To support the affinity setting of per cpu timers in the early startup
of a not yet online cpu, implement the force logic, which disables the
cpu online check.

Tagged for stable to allow a simple fix of the affected SoC clock
event drivers.
