Subject: [PATCH v7 09/11] arm64: Remove asm/pgtable-*level-hwdef.h files
Date: Wed, 16 Jul 2014 20:09:50 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1405537792-23666-10-git-send-email-catalin.marinas@arm.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1405537792-23666-1-git-send-email-catalin.marinas@arm.com>
The macros in these files can easily be computed based on PAGE_SHIFT and
VA_BITS, so just remove them and add the corresponding macros to
asm/pgtable-hwdef.h
