This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
[PATCH 23/27] s390/speculation: Support 'mitigations=' cmdline option
to the 5.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-5.0 subdirectory.

Configure s390 runtime CPU speculation bug mitigations in accordance
with the 'mitigations=' cmdline option. This affects Spectre v1 and
Spectre v2.
The default behavior is unchanged.
