You can do this without a branch:

	mrc	p15, 0, \rx, c1, c0
	tst	\rx, #1				@ MMU enabled?

	ldrne	\rx, =IO_ADDRESS(LPC32XX_UART5_BASE) @ virtual

Maybe expose LPC32XX_UART5_BASE a bit more by a separate #define?  e.g.:

	#define LPC32XX_DEBUG_UART_BASE LPC32XX_UART5_BASE

	...
	ldreq	\rx, =LPC32XX_DEBUG_UART_BASE
	ldrne	\rx, =IO_ADDRESS(LPC32XX_DEBUG_UART_BASE)
