Step back. Imagine you awake at morning and stumble upon a function with
this name. Would this name give you a hint what it's good for? You
should use your time to give functions a descriptive name rather than
doing ascii art in comments.

The dev_* functions have been introduced to give printk a context. So
you don't need to repeat it in your string.
