Does someone work with that, assign the patches to the corresponding
maintainers, mark them as applied or rejected or ...?

If not I think it doesn't has much value. (Then it's only a convenient
place to extract patches from.)

No (at least not yet). Russell has his own patch system so I doubt he
would use patchwork.

There is this new sub-arch consolidation group who may want to use
patchwork but as the group is in the early days, I'm not sure they
decided on a workflow yet.

That's useful as well.

I definitely want to work with it, but haven't started yet.
