Redundant ().
I also don't see a reason not to do the following:
return arm_check_condition(cc << 28, cpsr) != ARM_OPCODE_CONDTEST_FAIL;
Up to you, though. The presence of "ret" is harmless; the compiler
ought to generate the exact same code in any case.
