The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for all SPEAr SOC's
clk ids are exceeding this predefined limit.
 
This patch set is intended to rename clk ids through out spear clk framework.

-Rename gpt timer parent clk id on spear3xx and spear6xx machine as pll3_48m_clk
is renamed to pll3_clk.

The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for spear1340, many
clk ids are exceeding this predefined limit.

This patch rename clk ids like:
    mux_clk -> _mclk
    gate_clk -> _gclk
    synth_clk -> syn_clk
    gmac_phy -> phy_
    gmii_125m_pad_ -> gmii_pad

The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for spear1310, many
clk ids are exceeding this predefined limit.

This patch is intended to rename clk ids like:
    mux_clk -> _mclk
    gate_clk -> _gclk
    synth_clk -> syn_clk
    gmac_phy -> phy_
    gmii_125m_pad -> gmii_pad

The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for spear3xx, many clk
ids are exceeding this predefined limit.

This patch is intended to rename clk ids like:
    mux_clk -> _mclk
    gate_clk -> _gclk
    synth_clk -> syn_clk
    ras_gen1_synth_gate_clk -> ras_syn1_gclk
    ras_pll3_48m -> ras_pll3_
    pll3_48m -> pll3_

The max limit of con_id is 16 and dev_id is 20. As of now for spear6xx, many clk
ids are exceeding this predefined limit.

This patch is intended to rename clk ids like:
    mux_clk -> _mclk
    gate_clk -> _gclk
    synth_clk -> syn_clk
    ras_gen1_synth_gate_clk -> ras_syn1_gclk
    pll3_48m -> pll3_

I believe these, as well as other fixes patchsets must get pushed in 3.5
only.

Yes they are required (together with other acked fixes) for v3.5,
else SPEAr support won't be functional. I hope it is not too late.

Yes, please do that. I'll try my best to get it into v3.5, but it's really
late now, and Linus already complained about too many last-minute changes
in -rc7.
