Ah, looking closer:
$ cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
37
That should be 37000, the value out of the driver should be in
milli-Celsius.
I'd use this equation instead:
*temp = ((322 - reg) * 10000 * 1000) / 13625;
