Normally I'm seeing the MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE and MODULE_AUTHOR and MODULE_LICENSE etc, so it has (unfortunately) become a knee jerk reaction to assume the latter follows a module.h presence... thanks for removing the extraneous include.
