Subject: [PATCH] misc: atmel_tclib: fix error return code in tc_probe()
Date: Wed, 9 Aug 2017 11:42:50 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20170809164250.GA7229@embeddedgus> (raw)

platform_get_irq() returns an error code, but the atmel_tclib driver
ignores it and always returns -EINVAL. This is not correct and,
prevents -EPROBE_DEFER from being propagated properly.

Print error message and propagate the return value of platform_get_irq
on failure.

This issue was detected with the help of Coccinelle.
