Merged with this commit message:

 - Enable new RZN1D-DB board in multi_v7_defconfig and shmobile_defconfig

 - shmobile_defconfig:
   + Drop NET_VENDOR_<FOO>=n
   + Disable long deprecated /sbin/hotplug helper
   + Enable reset controller support
