[PATCH] ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: enable CONFIG_UNIPHIER_MDMAC

Enable the UniPhier MIO DMAC driver. This is used as the DMA engine
for accelerating the SD/eMMC controller drivers.

If we apply it now, there's a risk someone will accidentally drop it since the
config option is coming in through a different tree.

So, please resend this before -rc1 so we can include it towards the end of the
merge window. Thanks!
