Enable CONFIG_EXPERT to allow the configuration of PREEMPT_RT.
PREEMPT_RT depends on the following configuration:
CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT
bool “Fully Preemptible Kernel (Real-Time)”
depends on CONFIG_EXPERT && ARCH_SUPPORTS_RT
select PREEMPTION
