[PATCH 02/13] dt-bindings: nvmem: add mt6323 PMIC EFUSE

The MediaTek mt6323 PMIC includes an EFUSE used for storing calibration
data.

Add the device tree binding documentation for the MediaTek mt6323 EFUSE.
