Enable the J721E PCIe endpoint driver used by TI's J721E, J7200, J721S2,
J722S, J742S2, J784S4, AM64, AM68, and AM69 SoCs.

Enable the Keystone PCIe driver for host and endpoint mode used by TI's
AM65 SoC.
