Add the missing dummy slot for clock ID 0 in the MT6779
audio, camera, image, IPE, MFG, multimedia, VDEC and VENC
clock providers.
Also register the missing SSPM infracfg clock and reserve
the binding-defined MDP WDMA0 slot in the multimedia provider.
This fixes the onecell clock data allocation so all registered
clock IDs are within bounds.
