i.MX SoC Changes for v7.4

- Fix a suspend/resume crash with Clang CFI on imx.
- Remove the obsolete KSZ9021 PHY fixup for imx6q.
- Replace the deprecated __ASSEMBLY__ macro with the standard __ASSEMBLER__
  in imx headers.
