arm64: tegra: Device tree fixes for v7.3
This contains various fixes for Tegra264. While the PWM and fan patches
look like they'd be feature additions, I'd like to get them into stable
kernels because without them, these devices either end up with the fan
running at full speed or not at all, neither of which are great, but in
case of the fan not running at all, it can cause the system to overheat.
The remainder are some minor fixes for PCIe, mostly to satisfy the
device tree validation.
