Originally i want to register lan9217 in the board-mxNN-3ds.c, just like:
if (!mxc_expio_init(MX51_CS5_BASE_ADDR, EXPIO_PARENT_INT))
platform_device_register(&smsc_lan9217_device);

Of course, i can give it a wrapper like mxc_expio_lan_init();
