[PATCH] OMAP4: clocks: add dummy clock for mailbox

[Hari Kanigeri]

In omap4, there is no explicit configuration register to enable mailbox clocks.
Defining dummy clock for mailbox clock module to keep the mailbox driver
backward compatible with previous omaps.
