[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: samsung: Un-support cpuidle and clock drivers

[Krzysztof Kozlowski]

Since few years no one is really paid to support drivers for Samsung
Exynos SoC CPU idle and clock controllers.  Correct the status to keep
them as maintained.
